25mm wide neon ribbon with a 1cm wide silver reflective strip down the middle. This gives reflective strip gives high visibility on dark nights and the neon can be seen through the day.
Suitable for various uses on clothing and accessories and sewn on. It is soft to touch and not stiff so would be great for pets and kiddos alike (including those big kiddos we call adults)
Wash 30 degrees or less and only a cool tumble, excess wash/dry/iron heat can cause it to crack.
