The supplier states "Cotton twill is a fabric produced from cotton and polyester. However, this fabric is made of cotton and elastane, which ensures it has stretch and gives even more comfort. The fabric is woven at an angle which characterises this fabric. The twill weave is a sturdy weave which is why it is often used for trousers and jackets."
It will be fab for tailored shorts, trousers, dresses etc.
