The manufacturer says : Warm handle stretch jersey doubled up and quilted to produce a padded appearance and feel this fabric is ideal for the use in quilted projects, jackets, pet bedding as well as equestrian blankets and clothing.
PBF says, its a bit shiny on the inside and looks nice than on the photo! I wouldn't want to wear it against my skin but lined with a fleece or something, it would make a fab human or animal coat.
