This is a ballpoint needle that has been coated on the tip and is designed with a special eye and deep scarf (yup I had to look up what they were too! 😁) which means the needle glides through tricky fabrics and prevents skipped stitches.Perfect for those slippery little suckers like swim/athletic fabric, elastics and flippy floppy knits ....yup highly technical here at PBF!. 5 in a pack.
